Refunds & Cancellations Policy
IMPORTANT: Payments made via 'Pay with Crypto', Direct Bank Transfer (IBAN), or PayTR are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Our Merchant of Record (MoR), Tebex Limited, is responsible for billing support and refunds. However, as a gesture of goodwill and at our discretion, Zen Scripts offers a 7-day money-back guarantee in case you change your mind or if the product is not working as required or as expected. In some cases, we may offer a refund after 7 days if the issue cannot be resolved through our support efforts.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A REFUND REQUEST AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. Reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Resources that have been transferred to another account.
- Inability to verify your purchase.
- Personal errors (logged into wrong account, accidental double purchase).
- Refusal to accept technical support or cooperate with our team.
Subscription Packages
Subscription packages (e.g., Zen+) are NOT eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time via Tebex Payment History. Cancelling a subscription will revoke your access to the included packages instantly.
How to request a refund
If you wish to request a refund under our 7-day goodwill policy, please open a ticket on our Discord Server. If you do not wish to co-operate with our refund terms, you can instead contact our MoR Tebex Limited at tebex.io/support-customer-form.
